I thought it was really good there was some structure to the day even if we didn't always follow it. It showed professionalism and the structure/plan gave a focus to the day as well as giving me confidence that you knew what you were doing. I liked the way you gave some consideration to our needs and what we wanted to cover in the planning of the day. It was great that it was informal and fun. I'm a great believer in having fun (where it's possible) whilst learning. I wasn't sure what to expect before I arrived and tried to keep an open mind. Although I was pleasantly surprised when we didn't dive into throwing each other on the floor, well not first off anyway!! It was all very controlled and done gradually which helped me get to grips with the different techniques. I could relate to the logic behind the Way to the Internal Gate very easily." |
